Longshan Temple 龍山寺 Wanhua District

Longshan has been rebuilt multiple times after destruction by earthquakes in 1815, typhoons in 1867, and even bombing in the last days of World WarII.
This last catastrophe touched the entire structure except the Guanyi Statue which stayed unscathed.
The temple is called the Dragon Mountains, severals dragons protected the deity. We can see them on the rood or twist around the columns.
When we come with some friends, we are surprise to discover so much people here ! Even if the weather is bad, people just continue to pray the god. When we arrived, we hear some whisper, it was a crowds of worshippers gather and engage in hypnotic chanting.
