Known world-wide for their amazing 小籠包 soup dumplings, Din Tai Fung is a very famous restaurant with many locations in Taiwan and abroad.
Din Tai Fung is located in B1 of Taipei 101 but also existed in Taichung. It's great because their menu is both Chinese and English. All the waiters are very reactive if you need more tea, don't understand something or need some explanations.
Din Tai Fung was awarded one Michelin Star in 2009 at a Hong Kong location, and is one of the most well-known restaurants on the planet.
We took noodles soup and wontons, beefs noodles and pork&shrimp dumplings ! Dumplings are just incredibly good ! 5 dumplings is not enough !
I advice you to just take lot of dumpling as there are so tasty !
