During the 1920's, Huashan Creative Arts Park was Taiwan’s largest wine producing factory. The structures are old, they are built in 1914 but well preserved. Artists use the factory as an inspirational work space, give performances and exhibitions.
The park is located in the heart of Taipei, near Changhua Digital Plaza.

In 2007 the Taiwan Cultural-Creative Development Co. Ltd restored the factory and now the park serves as a touristic attraction.
